Bozeman HS Lacrosse Refund Policy

Refund policy & Dates are as follows:  

Nov 20- Dec 20, 2022: 75% of fees returned less $40 administrative fee.
Dec 21, 2022 - day before evaluations: 50% of fees returned less $40 administrative fee
First day of evaluations on- 0% of fees returned.

After evaluations begin no refunds will be issued unless injury related and reviewed individually by the board.  You must email refund requests to registrar.bozemanlacrosse@gmail.com by the dates above to be considered for a refund.

Registration Insurance

"Regsaver" provides reimbursement for non-refundable athlete registration fees in case of injury, illness, job layoff, military leave, and more. Regsaver is offered in partnership with AIG.  This is a program offered through SPORTS ENGINE, not Bozeman Lacrosse or Headwaters Lacrosse.

For example, if you pay a non-refundable registration fee for the upcoming season and the athlete is injured during the pre-season, the athlete is eligible for up to 100% reimbursement of those fees if you elected to purchase Regsaver at the time of registration.

"Regsaver" is an optional add-on insurance policy that can be purchased at the end of a registration session.

Don't Know If You Purchased Regsaver or Not?

  1. Sign in and go to your Registration tab on your dashboard. 
  2. On the right side of the screen, click Order Details. 
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page. 
    • You will see a Regsaver section if you bought the insurance.
